• Contact each dental insurance company to assure the most current application is  completed

• Submit completed applications to the insurance plans on your behalf

• Obtains/provides fee schedules (for new practices only)

• Regular follow up with insurance plans until all effective dates are received

• Provides client with easy to read Credentialing Spreadsheet on a regular basis

All you do...

• Complete a one-page questionnaire & a one-page Credentialing Intake form. Provide us with copies of essential documents

• Sign the applications & return to us for submission to the insurance plans

• That's it!  We do the rest so you can focus on the success of your practice!
